A good question but the answer is complicated because as I learn more about bloggin it changes. I began blogging as a way of letting parents know what was happening in the classroom and as a way for them to communicate with me through comments. That evolved into informing students as well with homework and upcoming events. Again that evolved into giving students things to consider and or think about where they can share ideas and comment on each other’s thoughts. Each evolution was sparked by what I saw read about another blog. Even this page is an idea I saw in another blog. As you read the archive you can see the evolution. So, Why Blog

1. To keep constituents informed whether they be parents, students or teachers.
2. To have a two way communication
3. To have an intellectual dialogue between student, teachers and parents.
4. To share my own thoughts and ideas.
